By accessing or using HRStudyPro ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of the Service.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. Please read these Terms carefully before using HRStudyPro.
Description of Services
HRStudyPro provides digital study materials designed to help users prepare for HR certification exams, including but not limited to aPHR®, PHR®, SPHR®, SHRM-CP®, and SHRM-SCP® certifications.
Our services include:
- Interactive HTML-based study guides, flashcards, quizzes, and practice exams
- Progress tracking and study analytics
- Access to purchased materials via web browser after successful payment
All materials are provided for educational purposes only and are intended to supplement your exam preparation, not replace official study resources or professional guidance.
Accounts
When you create an account with HRStudyPro, you agree to the following:
- Accurate information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and keep your account information updated.
- Account security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
- One account per person: Each individual may only create and maintain one account. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited.
- No sharing: Your account is personal to you. You may not share your login credentials with others or allow others to access your account.
- Account termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse our services.
Purchases and Payments
The following terms apply to purchases made through HRStudyPro:
- Pricing: All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
- Payment processing: Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.
- Access: After successful payment, you will receive instant access to your purchased materials. Access instructions will be sent to your registered email address.
- Price changes: We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect purchases already completed.
Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Once you have been granted access to digital study materials, we cannot provide refunds.
However, if you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing your purchased materials:
- Contact us at support@hrstudypro.com within 7 days of your purchase.
- Provide a clear description of the issue you are experiencing.
- We will work with you to resolve the technical issue.
- If we are unable to resolve the issue and you cannot access your materials, we will provide a refund at our discretion.
Intellectual Property
All content provided through HRStudyPro, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, code, and study materials, is owned by HRStudyPro and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
When you purchase materials from HRStudyPro:
- You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the materials for your own individual study purposes.
- You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, or create derivative works from our materials.
- You may not share, resell, or transfer your access to others.
- You may not remove, alter, or obscure any copyright notices, trademarks, or other proprietary notices from our materials.
Violation of these intellectual property restrictions may result in immediate termination of your account and access, and may subject you to legal action.

- HRStudyPro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
- Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to HRStudyPro in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
Your continued use of the Service after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
If we make significant changes that materially affect your rights, we will notify you by email (using the email address associated with your account) at least 30 days before the changes take effect.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
